1. Monthly Treatment Credits

  • Members receive Treatment Credits according to their Membership tier.

  • Credits are issued monthly on your billing date and roll over while your membership remains active.

  • Treatment Credits may be applied toward any treatment, enhancement, or product. If the purchase exceeds your available credit, the difference is charged at Member Pricing.

  • Credits have no cash value and may not be refunded or transferred.

2. Billing & Payment

  • Membership dues are automatically billed each month to the card on file.

  • Active membership and successful billing are required to maintain access to Treatment Credits and Member Pricing.

  • If payment cannot be processed, membership benefits are temporarily suspended until payment is resolved.

3. Cancellations & Freezes

  • Memberships may be canceled at any time before the next billing date.

  • After cancellation, any remaining Treatment Credits must be used within 30 days after the end of the current billing cycle or they will expire.

  • Member Pricing ends at the conclusion of the final billing cycle.

4. No-Shows & Late Cancellations

  • All appointments remain subject to Melrose Massage’s standard cancellation and no-show policy.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the loss of the scheduled Treatment Credit or applicable fees.

5. Transfers & Sharing

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.

  • Membership pricing and benefits cannot be shared or applied to other individuals.

6. Program Changes

  • Melrose Massage reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, or policies with 30 days’ notice.

  • Continued participation in the membership program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

7. Agreement

  • Enrollment in the Melrose Massage Membership Program indicates acceptance of these terms.
