Members agree to allow Melrose Massage LLC to save and automatically charge a card on file each month on your billing date.
Your Included 60 minute Membership treatment benefit becomes available each month on your billing date after successful billing. These credits can accrue, can be used at any time, and never expire while your Membership is active.
Receive 15% off any additional treatments, upgrades and enhancements while your Membership is active. This includes upgrading your 60 minute treatment to 90 or 120 minutes.
Upon cancellation you are no longer eligible for the Member exclusive discount and any unused Membership treatments expire 60 days after cancellation.
Share your membership benefits with up to 3 family or friends per month.
