Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
Late cancellations and missed appointments leave our therapists with time that is difficult to refill on short notice.
To help us provide reliable scheduling for all guests while fairly compensating our team, the following policy applies:
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be eligible for a reduced fee of 50% of the scheduled service, at Melrose Massage's discretion.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If an emergency prevents you from keeping your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at management's discretion.
