This is treatment, not a day spa

• We work on the actual problem. Your session starts with what hurts, what triggers it and what you need to be able to do — not a menu of scented add-ons.
• Licensed therapists trained in clinical and advanced deep tissue technique. Pressure is matched to you and adjusted as we go, not applied to a script.
• We aim at lasting change. Most people who come in for recurring pain need a short plan, not a one-off hour. You'll leave knowing what we found and what we'd do next.

Advanced technique, not more force. Our therapists are trained in methods most Wenatchee clinics don't offer — including ashiatsu, where depth comes from controlled body weight through the forearm and foot rather than jabbing with thumbs. Deep work without the bruising.

Every therapist here is licensed in Washington, and you'll know who you're seeing before you arrive.

What your first visit looks like

• Arrive about 10 minutes early to fill out a short health intake.
• Your therapist talks through your history, problem areas and pressure preference before anything starts.
• 60 minutes of hands-on work — the full hour is treatment time.
• Afterwards you get a plain-language summary of what your tissue is doing and what would help.
