We offer the best massage experience in the valley. Our therapists are exceptional, our cleanliness standards exceed that of hospitals, and our studio is beautiful and calming. We offer over a wide variety of styles, treatments, and modalities and have appointments available seven days a week, mornings and evenings. Can I use my Insurance at Melrose?

We do not bill our patients’ insurance directly. However we provide all the necessary documentation on each receipt for our clients to self bill their insurance companies. Many of our patients successfully self bill and Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account cards are readily accepted as well. ,Be sure to give your insurance company a call to see if you can use your benefits at Melrose.


I’ve never had a massage before. What should I expect at Melrose Massage?

It is important to list all health concerns and medications so the therapist can adapt the session to your specific needs safely. It is also important to list any allergies so the therapist is aware if he/she needs to use a different oil or lotion during the session.


Am I expected to tip my Therapist?

Tipping is NEVER expected. We hope all of our clients prioritize their finances for self-care and come in more often instead of feeling pressure to tip. It is NOT expected. However, if you feel your therapist was extra exceptional you are more than welcome to show your appreciation by leaving a tip.


The door is locked and I have an Appointment soon!

For our therapists and patients safety, we keep the front door locked when our therapists are in session and no one is in the lobby. If you arrive more than 15 minutes early it is likely all our staff are in session, but some one will be with you shortly. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience!


What happens if I arrive late?

Your late arrival will require that your therapist end the session at the scheduled time, meaning your session will unfortunately be shorter that day.   We have reserved this time for you, and only you, and have other people scheduled after your time.


How do I cancel or change my Appointment?

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with no charge by giving us notice no less than 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations or appointment changes will be charged at 50% of the scheduled service price or half of one accrued but unused monthly Membership Massage. If you do not call to cancel and do not show up for a scheduled appointment, you may be charged the full service price.
